Frequently asked questions
Is the service really confidential?
Yes. We only share information if there is a serious risk of harm or if you request it.
I’m not sure if what I’m experiencing is abuse. Can I still contact you?
Absolutely. You do not need to have “proof”. If something feels wrong, we can help you talk it through.
Do I have to report to the police?
No, that is your choice. We will never pressure you.
What if English isn’t my first language?
We can arrange an interpreter or use a safe communication method that works best for you.
