Information, advice and guidance (IAG) remains at the heart of every project and service we deliver. The IAG we deliver is personalised and tailored to the individual needs of each customer.
The objectives of the Information, Advice & Guidance that PLIAS delivers are:
- To provide impartial information, advice and guidance to clients at all stages of their life at both the main PLIAS Resettlement offices and outreach sites
- To provide impartial information, advice and guidance to all clients that enables them to make informed choices about their options and next steps. This includes, but is not limited to, their careers, health, personal safety, well-being, and aspirations
- To provide support that enables clients to develop self and opportunity awareness
- To achieve positive outcomes consistent with the individual needs and aspirations
The PLIAS Resettlement delivers Information, Advice & Guidance in accordance with the principles of the nationally recognised matrix quality standard (www.matrixstandard.com) and the PLIAS Resettlement Data Protection Policy.
